Marcia Morgan

NC House District 19

As a former educator and retired Army Colonel, I’ve spent most of my adult life caring for people in one form or another. Because I cared about the development of children, I became an educator. Because I cared about our country, I joined the Army to serve. And, I still care, so I've made the decision to come out of retirement to serve my community and country, once again.
